Each property's availability calendar is updated in real-time. Simply enter your check-in and check-out dates on the property page to confirm availability.
Cancellations & Refunds
Each property has its own cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict) displayed on the listing page. We recommend reading the policy carefully before booking.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.
If a host cancels, you'll receive a full refund immediately and we'll prioritise finding you alternative accommodation.
For Hosts
Visit our hosting page and complete the listing form. Our team reviews each submission within 24 hours. We may contact you to schedule a verification visit.
Staykal charges hosts a 3% service fee on each booking — one of the lowest in the luxury accommodation industry.
Payouts are automatically transferred 24 hours after guest check-in to your linked bank account or PayPal.

Safety & Trust
All guests must verify their identity through government ID, phone number, and email. We also review booking history and references from previous hosts.
