2. Platform Use

Staykal provides an online marketplace connecting property owners (Hosts) with guests seeking temporary accommodation. We do not own any properties listed and are not party to any rental agreement between hosts and guests.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to make bookings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

4. Bookings and Payments

Bookings are contracts between guests and hosts. Staykal acts as a payment intermediary. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. Additional taxes and fees may apply depending on the property location.

5. Host Responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for ensuring their property listings are accurate and up-to-date, complying with local laws and regulations, maintaining their property in the described condition, and responding to guest communications promptly.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for treating properties with respect, adhering to house rules, reporting any damage immediately, and using the property only as described in the booking.

7. Limitation of Liability

Staykal's liability is limited to the service fees collected in connection with the transaction. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform.
